Inspired by traditional African fertility figures, this statue is covered in tiny glass beads, carefully stitched by hand by Kenyan artisans. Fertility figures are symbols of life, protection and good fortune, often given to celebrate a new baby, a wedding or a new beginning.
It makes a striking decorative piece for a shelf, console or bedside table, and a meaningful gift. The colorful beadwork catches the light beautifully.
Available in blue and red. Each piece is handmade, so small variations in the beadwork and shades make every statue unique.
