HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM ORDERED ON THE WEBSITE?
You have a legal timeframe of 14 days - as of the delivery of your order - within which you must notify us of your intention to return an item, the reason for its return and return the item by email to email@example.com.
Please note that the return costs are at your expense.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Exchanges are only possible within the same model, for another size and/or color. If the replacement item is more expensive than the item it is replacing, there will be a request to pay.

WHICH ITEMS ORDERED ON THE WEBSITE CAN BE RETURNED?
All items from the website can be returned, except those that mention otherwise. In accordance with the legislation governing e-commerce, return items must be intact, in perfect condition ready to be resold and in their original packaging. They must not be worn or used, nor have deteriorated in any way, no matter how small, and must be perfectly clean. Any item that is damaged, incomplete or whose original packaging has deteriorated will not be refunded nor exchanged.
Sale items ordered cannot be returned. They cannot be exchanged or refunded in the form of a voucher, cannot be refunded.
If Birdsn'Bees makes an error in your order, the return shipping fees shall be refunded by Birdsn'Bees. In such a case, please contact us by email (email@example.com) and we will explain how to proceed.
WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR RETURNING AN ITEM?
You have a legal time frame of 14 calendar days from the delivery date of your order to declare and send your return.
WHICH ARE THE MEANS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED BY BIRDSN'BEES?
Birdsn'Bees offers you different payment methods: Visa, MasterCard and e-carte bleue. Credit card payments are always carried out in AED.
Birdsn'Bees also accepts cash on delivery (for UAE only).
We sincerely apologise for not accepting payments by check.
ARE THE PAYMENTS BY CARD REALLY PROTECTED?
Birdsn'Bees takes the security of the payments and the confidentiality of information that you give us very seriously. To this end, the site uses a protected mode of payment SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which allows the encoding of your banking co-ordinates during their transmission over Internet. You can see that the transmission is encrypted by software from the padlock symbol which appears in your navigator. The transaction is carried out via the... bank, (name of the bank) which alone receives the banking information provided on the site at the time of the payment. When you enter your bank card number to pay for your purchases, in reality you transmit your banking data directly to our bank, (name of bank), which records them in its highly-protected server. This information is not forwarded by any intermediary, not even Birdsn'Bees, and is not stored either by our technical service providers.
ARE TAXES INCLUDED?
Our prices include all taxes for orders with country of destination in UAE.
All orders are subject to potential customs taxes and fees of the country of destination. Your order may be detained and you might have to pay additional taxes and fees. The fees will have to be paid by the recipient of the package (this also applies to retail stores and wholesale). Unfortunately, we do not have any control of the amount of fees and we are not able to determine the amount since the customs policies and the importation taxes vary from one country to another.
